Brit-Buy is a UK-based online retailer located in Hayes, England. We specialise in sourcing popular trending goods (often found on overseas sites) and stocking them right here in the UK. Our goal is to offer competitive prices while providing much faster shipping times compared to ordering directly from international sellers.

Our main difference is speed and convenience! We stock popular tech gadgets, beauty items, and fashion accessories locally in the UK, meaning you get your order in days, not weeks, avoiding long waits and potential import hassles associated with overseas shipping.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our base in Hayes, England, UK.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer the following Royal Mail options for UK delivery:
- UK Next Day Guaranteed: £5.00 (Delivery aim: Next working day)
- UK 1st Class: £3.00 (Delivery aim: 1-2 working days)
- UK 2nd Class: £2.00 (Delivery aim: 2-4 working days)
Your chosen shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) UK time are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times then depend on the shipping option you select (see delivery aims listed above).
How can I track my order?
Order tracking is available for orders shipped using the UK Next Day Guaranteed service. If you select this option, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking is not currently available for 1st or 2nd Class services.
What kind of products do you sell?
We focus on popular and trending items, particularly in categories like Tech (e.g., mini cameras, headphones) and Beauty & Fashion (e.g., skincare masks, gel nail polish, pimple patches). We aim to stock items you might otherwise wait weeks for from overseas sellers.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We do not offer an additional warranty beyond your standard statutory rights for consumers in the UK. If you believe your item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit card payments, including Visa and Mastercard, processed securely via our payment provider.
What is your return policy?
You can return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery (for tracked services) or 15 days of delivery (for untracked services) for a refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
We will reimburse return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error or if the item is confirmed faulty by us upon inspection. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us first at stevenrichardson@brit-buy.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. You have the option to check out as a guest. However, creating an account can speed up future checkouts and allows you to easily view your order history.
